I’m Kim, owner and principal designer of Interiors with Kim. My love for art, design, and beautiful spaces has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember, but it was the complete remodel of my own home in the Twin Cities that truly transformed that passion into something more.

For years, I found myself drawn to interior design and home renovation. I was constantly inspired by the transformations, thoughtful details, and possibilities within a space.

After spending much of my professional career in product development within the healthcare industry, I eventually decided to follow that creative pull and began working alongside several designers, gaining hands on experience and a deeper understanding of both interior design and the remodeling process.

Owning my own business had always been a dream. After years of learning the ins and outs of design, furnishings, and remodeling, I knew it was finally time to bring that dream to life. Interiors with Kim was born from a simple belief: a beautifully designed home should feel just as good to live in as it looks.

Today, I have the privilege of helping clients transform their ideas into spaces that feel beautiful, functional, personal, and uniquely their own. Whether it’s selecting the finishing touches for one room, furnishing an entire home, or guiding a larger transformation, I love helping clients navigate the process with confidence and excitement.

And while I love every part of the design process, there’s nothing quite like the final reveal. Watching every thoughtful detail come together and seeing my clients experience their new space for the first time is a moment I’ll always treasure.
