Designer For A Day: In Person or Virtual

Professional design guidance without committing to a full-service project.

Your Designer for a Day experience begins with a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your space, personal style, inspiration, budget, timeline, and design goals. From there, I’ll spend up to one hour preparing for our session using the photos and inspiration you provide. We’ll then meet in person or virtually for a private 2-hour design session focused on your priorities, including space planning, furniture, décor, colors, materials, finishes, and other design decisions. Following our session, I’ll spend up to 4 hours creating a personalized digital design board featuring the selections, inspiration, and product links we discussed. You’ll have professional guidance and a clear plan to confidently bring your vision to life.

Creating a beautiful, functional space begins with selecting the right pieces to reflect your personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Through my established relationships with trusted vendors, suppliers, and exclusive trade only sources, I’ll help you discover high quality furnishings and décor, including unique pieces that may not be available to the general public. From space planning and color palettes to furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments, artwork, textiles, and accessories, I’ll thoughtfully bring every element of your design together. I’ll also manage the details behind the scenes, including sourcing, ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, receiving and inspecting items for damage or defects, installation, and final styling. My goal is simple: to make the design process as seamless and enjoyable as possible, so you can focus on the excitement of watching your vision come to life while I take care of the details!

Custom pieces and selections sourced through professional trade accounts and vendors that work exclusively with interior designers. This gives you access to distinctive furnishings and decor you may not find in traditional retail stores, often with preferred designer pricing available.

Once we establish your vision, needs, and budget, I’ll create a personalized design plan and source selections for your space. Full-service projects include everything from ordering and delivery coordination to installation, final styling, and your finished space reveal. Every project is unique, so your final investment will depend on the scope, design needs, and selections. I’ll provide a personalized quote which will include design time plus selections you choose.

Whether you need comprehensive project management or assistance with specific design decisions, my level of involvement is tailored to your needs. My goal is to help make the remodeling process organized and seamless, ensuring every detail comes together to create a beautiful, functional space that reflects your personal style.

Packing and Unpacking

Moving into a new home? Let us take the stress out of packing and unpacking. Whether you're preparing for a move or settling into your new space, we'll help make the transition easier, more organized, and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying your new home.

Service Area: Proudly serving Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding Twin Cities communities, including Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, Golden Valley, Hopkins, Bloomington, Wayzata, Edina, Hennepin County, and Dakota County.

Investment: $85 per hour. Following your complimentary in-home consultation, you'll receive a personalized estimate of the hours needed to complete your project.

Decluttering & Organizing Services

Creating organized spaces for a decluttered home.

Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, it's easy for clutter to accumulate. We specialize in transforming overcrowded closets, pantries, kitchens, and other spaces into peaceful, functional environments. By removing what no longer serves you and thoughtfully organizing what remains, we help restore order, simplify daily routines, and create more time for what matters most.

We will declutter and organize your home or office, prepare your home for selling or downsizing, unpack and organize your new home. Each organizing session includes complimentary in-home consultation, hands-on decluttering and organizing, project planning and product sourcing, custom labels, removal of one carload of donations and specialty recycling per session, coordination with additional service providers, email and phone support for two weeks after your final session, and a one-month follow-up check-in.
